ScoutNonLeague is led by experienced football professionals, former academy staff, club managers, performance coaches and player-support specialists who understand the football pyramid from top to bottom. Our focus is simple: put the player first, every single time. We are not an agency that takes percentages. We don’t touch players’ contracts. We don’t take commissions or finder’s fees from clubs. Our commitment is to support, guide and push players forward – not profit from their career.

For too long, there has been no verified, trustworthy non-league platform where players can be seen by clubs, and no reliable system for clubs to discover genuine talent.
We created ScoutNonLeague to change that.
Our role is simple: give players real opportunities, honest guidance, and a clear pathway forward. We work directly with professional and non-league clubs to connect players with genuine chances to progress, develop, and reach the level they’re capable of.

ScoutNonLeague Direct is our hands-on support programme where we work one-to-one with players to define their goals and actively help them reach their target level. Every player receives a dedicated representative to manage club conversations, provide guidance, and ensure every decision aligns with their long-term development.
Unlike traditional agencies, we do not take commissions, contract percentages, or finder’s fees. We never influence decisions for financial gain; our sole responsibility is to make the best possible decision for both the player and the club.
