Weekly 1-to-1 Check-Ins

Every Platinum player has a weekly session with Helge to review the last seven days, address challenges and set actions for the week ahead. Consistent touchpoints build momentum, confidence and trust.

Life & Wellbeing Support

Guidance that goes beyond football: stress management, routines for sleep and recovery, balancing work or study, and setting life goals alongside football ambitions.

Mental Psycho Profile

Build a personalised understanding of how you think, react and perform. Identify triggers, strengths and areas for growth so you can stay consistent and confident in every situation.

Session Notes & Progress Tracking

Every discussion is documented, turning support into a measurable development plan. Review themes and progress over time — not just a one-off conversation.

Mental × Ability

Connect your technical ability with your mental resilience — leadership, communication and decision-making under pressure. Practical habits that show up in training and on matchdays.

Transition Support

Moving clubs, returning from injury or stepping into senior football — get a clear plan to manage change, expectations and new environments without losing your edge.
