    ScoutNonLeague – Terms & Conditions

    1. Introduction
    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ScoutNonLeague services, memberships, events, and subscriptions. By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Nature of Service
    ScoutNonLeague provides football-related support, recruitment opportunities, trial access, and showcase events. While we provide advice, guidance, and aftercare, we are not licensed mental health or medical professionals. Any wellbeing support is football-related and should not be treated as medical or psychological advice.

    3. Memberships and Subscriptions

    • Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
    • Payments are taken at the point of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
    • Once a profile is verified and made live on the ScoutNonLeague database, the subscription is deemed to have commenced in full.

    4. Cancellation & Refunds

    • By law, customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
    • By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that once your profile has been verified, published on our database, and you have access to member services (including trials, showcases, and opportunities), your 14-day right to cancel will end.
    • At this point, no refunds will be issued for any subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
    • Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods.

    5. Guarantees

    • ScoutNonLeague guarantees that members will be able to put forward their information to clubs, be visible to scouts, and have the chance to attend trials and be seen.
    • We do not guarantee that you will be signed by a club, receive a contract, or secure a permanent position. Final decisions rest entirely with clubs.
    • For Platinum members and Academy-released players, ScoutNonLeague guarantees that within 28 days of joining, we will secure a training opportunity with a club at the level we believe is most suitable, subject to availability within our geographic coverage.

    6. Safeguarding & Under-18s

    • Accounts for players under the age of 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who remains the contracting party.
    • No player under 18 may attend trials, showcases, or club opportunities without prior parental/guardian consent.
    • ScoutNonLeague reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent where appropriate.
    • We take safeguarding seriously and may refuse or terminate accounts if we believe a child’s welfare is at risk.

    7. Falsification / Misrepresentation

    • Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating or updating a player profile. Providing false or misleading information (e.g., fabricated clubs, forged achievements, false age or identity, altered video evidence) is strictly prohibited.
    • If ScoutNonLeague reasonably suspects misrepresentation, we may suspend an account while investigating.
    • If confirmed, we may suspend, terminate, or blacklist the account without refund, and notify relevant clubs or partners where necessary.
    • Users accept that providing false information is a breach of these Terms and voids any entitlement to a refund.

    8. Event-Specific Terms (Trials & Showcases)

    • Attendance is at your own risk. Players must ensure they are physically fit to participate.
    • Players are responsible for bringing appropriate kit, footwear, and equipment.
    • ScoutNonLeague is not liable for injuries, lost property, or costs incurred through attendance.
    • We reserve the right to change dates, venues, or cancel events. If we cancel, affected participants will be offered a refund or transfer. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations by the player.

    9. Code of Conduct

    • All users must act respectfully towards ScoutNonLeague staff, clubs, scouts, and other players.
    • Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
    • Clubs reserve the right to refuse or send home any player whose behaviour does not meet expected standards.

    10. Payments & Renewals

    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
    • Cancellations stop future renewals only; no refunds are issued for the current period.
    • Payments that fail (e.g., expired card) may result in suspension of access until updated.

    11. Data Sharing & Privacy

    • By registering, you consent to ScoutNonLeague processing and sharing your profile and personal data with clubs, scouts, and partners for the purpose of delivering football opportunities, recruitment, and showcases.
    • Your data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
    • We do not sell personal data to third parties for non-football-related purposes.

    12. Intellectual Property

    • All content, branding, logos, templates, graphics, and software provided by ScoutNonLeague are the property of ScoutNonLeague Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
    • Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute ScoutNonLeague materials without prior written permission.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    • ScoutNonLeague provides connections and opportunities but does not guarantee professional contracts or specific career outcomes.
    • Participation in trials, showcases, or football activities is at your own risk.
    • We are not responsible for injuries, travel costs, accommodation, cancellations by clubs, or other related expenses.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the total subscription fees paid during the 12 months prior to the claim.

    14. Force Majeure
    ScoutNonLeague will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, venue issues, transport disruption, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

    15. Identity Verification

    • To protect the integrity of the platform and safeguarding compliance, users are required to provide valid proof of identity and age (such as passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID) upon request.
    • Failure to provide valid ID may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
    • Providing falsified or fraudulent ID will result in immediate termination, blacklisting, and possible referral to the relevant authorities.
    • ID information will be stored securely and processed only for verification purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

    16. Health & Fitness Declaration

    • By registering, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in football-related activities.
    • You accept that participation in trials, showcases, or football activity is entirely at your own risk.
    • You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions that could affect your safe participation.

    17. Third-Party Disclaimer

    • ScoutNonLeague facilitates opportunities with independent clubs, scouts, and third parties.
    • We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or conduct of third parties, including trial cancellations, club selection policies, or offers made.
    • Participation with third parties is subject to their own terms and conditions.

    18. Termination

    • ScoutNonLeague reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, engages in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the platform.
    • No refunds will be issued where termination is due to user breach of these Terms.

    19. Amendments to Terms

    • ScoutNonLeague may update these Terms from time to time.
    • Any material changes will be notified to users via email or posted on our website.
    • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    20. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

    • If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us at [support@scoutnonleague.com]. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
    • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
